Miley Cyrus has teamed up with fellow celebrities Sean Penn, Zooey Deschanel, Pras, Soleil Moon Frye, Sarah Silverman, Rainn Wilson, Edward Norton and Eric Dane to help promote the "Help Haiti Home" campaign, in conjunction with Sean Penn’s Haitian Relief charity.
